Beach Day

Walking to the beach with Daddy Splashing in the Water Digging in the sand
Trying to push his beach cart through the sand
Waiting for lunch(this is the new smile I get)
Belly is full, waiting to go home for my nap!
I spent my day on Friday with my family at the beach. No we did not fly to Maui, we went to a local lake. The point of the trip was to let Logan play in the sand for the first time and play he did. Aunt Court came armed with a cart full of sand toys and he was ready to dig. The weather was gloomy but it didn't rain while we were there. Logan loved digging and splashing in the shallow water. After about an 2 hours, we left and went to lunch a local diner, just down the street. Once Logan's belly was full, he was ready for a nap(4 hours). I think we will have more beach days in our future!
Other than that the weekend was pretty calm. I spent Saturday cleaning my living room. This included pulling out the couch and sweeping behind it. I am amazed what ends up back there! I spent Sunday afternoon with Logan, but I am saving that picture for later in the week. Today's agenda includes cleaning my couch with my grandparent' s Little Green machine and putting my living room back together.
Happy Monday!!
