We Love A Party
My mom had a birthday at the end of July and of course we had to celebrate. We stopped the day before to pick out her cake at one of our favorite bakeries in Dayton. We all enjoyed some yummy cake pops while we were waiting for them to personalize the cake. On her birthday we met at one of our favorite local steakhouses and had dinner then they brought out the cake. Madison thought it was so funny and enjoyed clapping along. We enjoyed eating cake and opening gifts. I made her a photo book with pictures of the kids from this summer. Logan wasn't there that night, he was spending the evening with his mom.

What a lovely gift for your mom. Those cake pops look like a hit. Thinking of you this morning as I was holding back the tears as Josie boarded her school bus for the first time.
