Breakfast With The Easter Bunny

A few weekends ago we had breakfast with a guy that is very popular this time of year...the Easter Bunny. The senior center in my hometown, have started hosting kids activities to help raise money for the center. It is a great fund raiser for them and you can tell the members really enjoy the kids. They offered an all you can eat pancake breakfast and then they had activities for the kids. We started the morning by visiting with the EB and then headed to fill up on some pancakes. They offered many flavors of pancakes as well as sausage and eggs. After some yummy pancakes, the kids went off to do egg coloring, picture coloring and dancing with the EB and his friend Mr. Duck.  The final activity was an Easter egg hunt.  We love doing things like this and can't wait till next year to do it again.

I am officially on spring break. WOO HOO! We are off until Tuesday and I plan on enjoying some time off to catch up on things before the final end of the year push. It is hard to believe we are now in the final nine weeks and my end of the year calendar is already filling up. Of course I am counting down the days till summer break and lots of fun adventures with my two favorite little people.
