First Spring Soccer Game

I would be lying if I said I wasn't happy that we are in the home stretch of the school year. I have really enjoyed my class this year and my job position. However there is something about summer being just around the corner that makes my heart skip a beat. I am sure May is going to fly by. Since we didn't go over our snow day allowance this year, we have 3 Fridays off in May. Plus the calendar is full of lots of fun activities, so I have a feeling it will be June before I turn around.

Logan started spring soccer at the beginning of April. We do games on Sunday afternoons. It is funny to watch instructional soccer, and lots of time is spent picking the pretty yellow dandelions in the field. As the season has went on, we have seen Logan make some improvements. Sadly today's game was cancelled due to rain :(

Pre-Game Warm-Ups

I would like to know what the conversation is between these three

How cute does he look in his uniform!! I'm so ready for the girls school year to end and Mr. Mom to take over while I'm working. Our University spring terms starts next week. Grades are due tomorrow from winter term. Time just keeps flying.

The school year has gone by fast!! Gotta love that spring soccer -- those boys look so cute! Start your countdown to summer!

I love watching preschoolers play soccer or any sport! They are all about making friends and having a good time! Not a lot of focus at that age.

My husband and I still laugh about the time one of the girl's t-ball games had to be stopped because a hot air balloon was going overhead and none of the players were paying attention to the game.
