Is it spring yet?

This weekend brought with it the first taste of spring. I now have hope that it will come someday. Sure we still have huge piles of black snow and the temps are just above 40, but there is hope. After a nice visit with one of my friends, I decided to get some things ready for spring. I started the afternoon by replanting a planter from my grandpa's funeral. While I was down in the garage, I decided to get out my spring decorations.  Once the decorations were in the house I started cleaning and yes I had my window open on a 40 degree but the fresh air felt great. So now the decorations are up and I have hope that warmer weather will be on the way and if not I will be sitting in three feet of snow looking at my Easter eggs! Hope everyone else is enjoying their weekend and hopefully getting a little taste of spring.

I couldn't agree more! Our snowbanks are still there, but it was so nice to see 43 on the thermometer today. We opened the windows too. Cute decorations.

Hope you have a great Sunday!

Love the rustic basket of eggs and the egg wreath! Hopefully all of our decor will convince mother nature to give up on winter already!!!!

Cute decorations! We are hoping for spring here also. The snow is melting slowly, but it did get above 40 degrees this weekend.
