One of the biggest problems is the pool is too deep for a preschooler so they all had to sit on the side and wait your turn. I probably don't have to tell you that it is hard for preschoolers to sit and watch 7 other kids get their turn. Add to that the fact that some of the kids were able to touch so they were playing in the pool, and you have a recipe for disaster. Logan kept wanting to get in the pool and he ended up sitting on the side crying. Also one of the little girls fell in and the teacher was too far out and the fully clothed lifeguard had her back to the kids, so the mother had to save her, needless to say this little one was traumatized.
So that pretty much summarizes the disaster known as swim class, hopefully this week goes better for Logan.

I feel your pain. We've decided to pay a bit extra this year and get private lessons... for that exact reason... when you're watching 7 other kids, you're not really getting lessons. You're just doing an awful lot of watching!! UGH!
