On Monday, Madison and I hung out around the house most of the day and then headed back down to my grandma's towards evening. We spent the night there and then Tuesday morning. We took my grandma with us to Dayton to visit my aunt for her birthday. We had lunch at Red Lobster and then we dropped my grandma off at her sisters and we went back to my aunts for a nap and some play time with her dog Daisy. Towards evening my grandma came back and we had cake and opened gifts. We had a long day but it was loads of fun.

I'm relieved to read that things have calmed down. My prayers were definitely with your family, Courtney. Keep the good times/adventures coming for those sweet little kiddos.
That is a great picture of her standing in front of the fence with the barn in the background!
SO happy to hear things are "back to normal". You've been on my mind this week. LOVE all these adorable pictures of you getting to spend time with those you love! I can see why summer vacation is SO fun for you!
Courtney...I have enjoyed seeing the pictures of Miss Madison during ya'lls staycation! I saw the first part of it on my phone, so I couldn't comment...but I wanted to tell you that I have been thinking about ya'll and praying for ya'll ever since I read the news about your brother's wife. Oh, I have just prayed so hard that things would change, and it sounds like they have. So happy for ya'll.
I hope you are having the most wonderful summer. You are an awesome aunt!
