Apple Orchard
At the end of September, we made a trip to the apple orchard. I had forgotten how much better the stuff is when it comes straight from the orchard. I miss that all the orchards that were around when I was little have since closed. We enjoyed a beautiful drive and lots of fun at the orchard. The apple cider was so sweet and the apples were just as yummy! This was Logan's first experiece at the orchard, but I am sure we will be going again next year.

Sounds like ya'll had a great time! I would love it if we had an apple orchard around here. I love apple cider. Before I started drinking coffee every morning, I would drink apple cider...the kind out of the little packets you add with water. I have a recipe for caramel apple cider that is divine...reading about your visit to the apple orchard makes me want to go get the ingredients and make some!!!!!
Our poor orchards weren't open to the public this year due to the horrible frost. I really hope things are better. Josie would love to experience apple picking again. Darling pics, Courtney.
What a cutie he is!! Our nearby orchards struggled a lot due to the drought, but we did manage to swing by and grab some caramel apples! :)

We didn't manage to get to an apple orchard this year, and I'm so sad, cause that's one of my favorite fall traditions. Glad you were able to get that experience in with Logan. Looks like he had a blast! :)
