Family Reunion

Last Saturday we had a family reunion for my dad's side of the family. It was lots of fun to get together with people that I have not seen in years and catch up. Thanks to Facebook I will be keeping in touch with many of them more often.  It was a perfect day, no rain and cool temps(in the high 80's) compared to the 90 degree heat we dealt with the rest of the week. We had fun talking, eating, swimming, eating, playing and more eating. I made a new corn dip recipe and it was really good so I thought I would share it with you.
Mexican Corn Dip
•4 cans (11 Oz. Can) Mexicorn, Drained

•1 cup Hellman's Mayonnaise

•8 ounces, weight Sour Cream

•3 whole Large Jalapenos, Seeds Removed And Chopped

•1 bunch Green Onions, Chopped

•1 bag (8 Oz. Bag) Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese

•1 teaspoon Cumin, Or To Taste

Mix all the ingredients together and serve with Frito Scoops. YUMMY!
