This post serves two purposes. I am going to tell you about a giveaway I am going to do on my blog and I will also tell you about a giveaway I won.
First off, I am doing a giveaway for my 400th post. I figure if you have stuck around for 400 post, you deserve a chance to win something. That something is a $20 gift card for T*rget. I do love that place and it is probably a good thing that it is a half hour away. I could spend hours and lots of money in that store! All you have to do is leave me a comment and I will select a winner on Sunday night. I would love if you would tell me a favorite thing you like to get at Target.
Okay now onto the second part. About a month ago I entered a giveaway on
Ashley's blog. It was for Sesame Street Live which was coming to Columbus in June. I was so excited that I won 4 tickets to the show. I grew up watching Sesame Street since we didn't have all the 500 fancy cable stations that I have now! I knew the kids would love it. So the vouchers came in the mail, so I made a trip to Columbus to pick up the tickets. There you go
Laurie the cat is out of the bag!!! We chose Father's Day since the rest of the weekend was so booked up. We headed to Columbus after church. The kids enjoyed checking out the theater and then the show.
At intermission, they brought out these large
obnoxious balloons that were for sale. We said no but lady behind us went ahead and bought Logan one. Well of course this led to Madison being upset and who could blame her, so Aunt Court shelled out$10 for another balloon. Of course then they ask you to keep the balloons down for the rest of the show, seriously! So I ended wrestling two balloons for the rest of the show and then trying to keep them out in the wind and on the way home. GOOD TIMES FOLKS!
Of final stop of the day was F*rehouse Subs. Of my goodness these subs were sooooo good and my brother ate for free because it was Father's Day.
