Lunch With The Bunny

It has been a busy few weeks, so I am just now getting around to Easter posts. We had lunch with the Easter Bunny the weekend before Easter.  Of course it was rainy and cold but that seems to be our new norm! The kids had lots of funny and luckily they are both a fan of the big bunny.  They had fun making crafts, getting their faces painted, and an outdoor Easter egg hunt ( the rain stopped for about 30 minutes). It was so much fun to watch Madison run around and do things this year. I held while she got her face painted and she was a a perfect angel, in fact the lady said she was the best customer she had done all day!

Happy Easter

We will spending the day celebrating Our Risen Savior, enjoying a family lunch, and hunting Easter eggs (indoors thanks to all this crazy rain) with my two favorite bunnies. Hope you enjoy all the blessing of this Easter season.

Introducing The Newest News Reporters

I don't know about you, but I would love listening to the news if it came from these two!

A few weeks ago Logan and Madison went to visit a news studio to pick up some tickets. Unfortunatly Aunt Court didn't get to go because of that fun thing called work.  I threatened  kindly asked them to take some photos for me since I couldn't be there.

I hope everyone is having a great week. Finally we have had warmer weather, but of course the weatherman are predicting a cool, rainy weekend. We are doing lunch with the Easter Bunny and coloring eggs this weekend.
30 days left of my school year!!!!

The Circus Came To Town

We have to count this as a live and learn lesson. Logan had a good time but it did not live up to my expectations. I found out the circus was going to be in town, I knew it would be small but a good opportunity to see if Logan liked it before paying big money for the big circus(BTW- we will be waiting a few more years for he big circus experience). It was at our local YMCA,  I thought it was in a tent, found out it was in the gym. I should have know when I paid the little girl at the ticket stand my 24 dollars that this was going to be an experience. Second clue should have been the boards in the metal brackets that they were calling bleachers, oh my back!

The show started and we soon realized that it was the same 5 people doing all the performances and they just kept changing thier name, country of origin and hairstyle. Luckily when you are three, you don't notice it, so Logan was mesmorized for the first hour. Madison lasted about a half hour then she was ready to wiggle. Long story short by the end of the night, I felt like I was part of the circus wrestling 2 little ones. We left early and called it a night. On a brighter note, Logan was very excited about the circus and was excitedly talking about it the next morning with my mom.

Logan spent the night at my house that night and we had a great time, so all in all it was a good weekend.
